All client project information, including proposals, reports, and legal documents, is stored exclusively on the company’s internal shared drive. Access to these materials is restricted to the team assigned to the project and company management, and accessible only via VPN. All sensitive documents are protected using passwords that are shared in a separate email or uploaded to the client’s shared drive.
Contracts are managed by the Business Development and Legal teams. All documents are shared between Zymvol and Client in a password protected format or directly uploaded to the client´s shared drive.
